What we handle

Six things, done properly. Not fifty, done badly.

Most fulfilment partners try to be everything to everyone. We don't. We do the operational basics really well — receiving stock, storing it, packing orders, getting them out the door, handling returns. The unglamorous middle of your supply chain. The part that, if it breaks, breaks your brand.

SVC / 01

Inward & Storage

Your stock arrives, we count it, photograph any damage, and put it on a shelf with a coordinate. You see live stock numbers on a dashboard. FIFO for most, FEFO for anything with an expiry.

SVC / 02

Pick & Pack

Every order gets scanned twice — once at picking, once at packing. We use your inserts, your tape, your thank-you cards. If it's fragile, it gets bubble wrap and a "fragile" sticker. If it's a gift, it gets ribbon.

Channel Dispatch

Orders flow in from Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, Meesho, Nykaa — automatically. We print the courier's label, manifest the parcel, and hand it over. Cut-off is 4 PM for same-day pickup.

SVC / 04

Returns & RTO

Returns are messy and most 3PLs hide it. We open every return on camera, check the SKU, decide if it's resaleable, and update your inventory the same day. Damaged stock gets photographed before scrap so you have a record.

Labelling & Compliance

The annoying paperwork. MRP stickers, batch codes, FSSAI labels for food, weights and measures compliance, GST e-invoicing. We won't let your shipment get held up because someone forgot a sticker.

SVC / 06

QC & Reporting

Three checkpoints: when stock comes in, when it gets packed, when it ships. You get a daily summary in your inbox by 9 AM the next morning, plus a live dashboard if you prefer to check yourself.

Packaging

The reason most returns happen.

A surprising number of returns are not about the product — they're about how it arrived. A bottle that leaked. A t-shirt that got damp. A box that looked like it lost a fight with the courier. We spend more time than we should obsessing about this part, because it's the part your customer actually touches.

Here's exactly what happens between your truck pulling up at our gate and your customer getting their parcel. We don't skip steps when it's busy — that's when you skip them and things go wrong.

Stock arrives

We unload your truck, count what came in, and photograph anything that looks damaged. You get a GRN within 24 hours.

Every SKU is checked against what you said was coming. Counts, condition, MRPs, batch numbers. Anything off, you hear about that day.

SKUs are mapped to bins. Fast-movers near pack lines, slow-movers in deep storage.

Order comes in

Orders pull in automatically from Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, whatever you sell on. The system builds a picklist by location.
